Payments and Refunds

Payments: Registration fee must be accompanied with camp session payment in order for camper application to be processed. All forms of payment are accepted; however, when paying via credit card, there is a percentage-based additional surcharge fee as displayed on the online application.

 

ALL FEES ARE DUE UPON COMPLETION OF APPLICATION.

 

Refund Policy: Stargazer Day Camp does not issue refunds for any reason. Parents or Guardians sign and date our camp application acknowledging this policy, which is present on said application, when registering their child(ren) for our summer program before submitting payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All payments will be non-transferable and considered forfeited for the 2018 camp session.

There are NO REFUNDS issued for MISSED CAMP DAYS due to camper ILLNESS, ABSENCE, WITHDRAWAL, or TERMINATION from camp; OR Big Trip days.
