Payment Plan

Stargazer Day Camp has a very firm payment system, where all payments must be paid in advance of Camp’s start date. This provides for more efficient accounting and an overall better camp experience for both child and supervisor alike. To help better accommodate parents, we have two payment plan schedules in order to better help financially.

 

Before April 1st: This plan is based on a 25/50/25 percentage schedule. Meaning that upon completion of your “Payment Plan Invoice Application”, you will only have to pay 25% of the total. Then the following month, you will pay 50% of the original total. Then, the final and last month, you will pay the remaining 25% of the total. All totaling 100% of the entire camp fee present on your application. 

Example: If invoice total is $1,000
25%= $250
50%= $500
25%= $250

April 1st—June 3rd: This plan is based on a 50/50 percentage schedule. Meaning that upon completion of your “Payment Plan Invoice Application”, you will only have to pay 50% of the total. Then, the final and last month, you will pay the remaining 50% of the total. All totaling 100% of the entire camp fee present on your application. 

Example: If invoice total is $1,000
50%= $500
50%= $500
